No. Why would they do that? So sellers could try to game the system?

Learn about SEO, choose keywords for your Gig that make you stand out. Create a Gig that is eye catching and is a service that people actually need. If you put a Gig in an overly competitive or saturated category, it is going to be harder to get orders if you get any at all. Those categories (usually data entry, photo editing, virtual assistant, logo making etc) have tons of sellers and new ones joining every day.

New Gigs automatically get a boost here as Fiverr tends to put them (at times) on the first few pages. This only lasts a short time though, so, do not be surprised if after you reach level one you see a lull in orders. This is because Fiverr is now giving other new sellers a chance to be seen.

There is no way to “game” the system here - Level 2 and TRS sellers have had their Gigs either disappear from search or be thrown to the back for no apparent reason.
