Welcome to fiverr and its forum. Start with Fiverr Terms of Service if you didn’t read that part. you will be able to dig out lots of important points which are many new sellers miss out on at the beginning and they get into trouble. spend some time in the forum as well. Best Wishes.

When they say they “got a Gig”, they mean they “created” a Gig - they have not received orders as of yet.

i meant created a gig
however i got a order too
it can happen if u followed some steps while creating your gig
