I now there’s the customer resolutino thing for each order. But this time I purchased a gig and… it’s not there in the list of orders! Where is it gone???
Did you get a notice in regards to something like, “This order is in the oven”? In some cases if you don’t have the funds immediately connected to the transaction the order won’t start until they clear. I don’t know if this is the case with your order, but it very well may be. I would give it 24 hours and check your inbox for any alert that indicates about the order. If nothing then, contacting customer service would be your best bet.
