I have a gig due today and fiverr keeps sending me to a oh snap page and then redirects me back to the gig to upload my video again. The file size is under the 1 gb limit. What’s going on?
It says it needs to be under 75 seconds and under 50 MB (though it might mean <= those amounts).
Was your video no more than 50 MB?
Actually, for gig orders (not creating a gig) the file is to be no more than 1 GB and it’s 423 MB.
Have you tried using Dropbox? You could upload your video there and then just send your buyer a text file, containing the link, which will be your delivery.
I agree dropbox is probably best. If you use the software version you should be able to continue where it left of if there was an error.
You could also add a lower res version as a Fiverr attachment as a low res preview/proof of work and also as something that could be shown in the gig’s live gallery (assuming a lower res preview would be small enough to attach without it giving you an error) assuming the buyer selected it to be shown. And if it still gives the error you could just deliver the link to the dropbox version without also attaching a low res version.
No, I haven’t. I used Google Drive. I will sign up for Dropbox and send the link to my customer.
You’re most welcome, @gloriahass!
