Language Translation Needed - Traditional Japanese Calligraphy to English

Hello Forum Folk,



I’m looking for a translator from Traditional Japanese Calligraphy to English. Fiverr doesn’t allow much filtering after Japanese to English and apparently only a small population have the ability to read this type according to people I’ve spoken with. The calligraphy is written on an ink drawing on silk, most likely from the 1970’s. Thanks.
