Last few days i am not getting any order!

After getting a 1.7 rating from a client I am not got any order. Can anyone tell me how to recover this problem?

You meet a huge wall this time, it’s not easy to recover from this, especially you get this bad feedback only after 5 reviews

Try to reply the negative rating first, explain why this happened?
so potential buyer could still trust and try your service.

and need to make a lots of perfect star project before you could get your 5 rating again
