Late Delivery...Cancelled Order

Somebody ordered 5 x $100 gigs from me. We agreed that rather than my standard ‘7 day’ delivery time (impossible to reach with about 240 articles just for him) it would be 10 a day. I am doing this. It is going well, he cancelled all deliveries today :confused: fiverr support won’t remove the feedback for ‘late delivery’ despite it being pre-agreed. Sigh 3 cancellations does not bode well for me and keeping my level…

Worst thing is, he still has some of his gigs open with me that he wants completing, and yet I have negative feedback at the same time. This just isn’t fair sigh

I know it is automatic, but it still sucks. I am not too fussed about the negative, I am fussed about how it will affect my level.
