I am a student and work as a par time on fiverr to meet my livings. I have exams these days and due to this reason i am late with one of my order. I also lost my express status. What would i need to do? Can somebody help me about this problem?

Hello, Please Explain your all issue with your buyer and also offer some extra thing free for your buyer and request for good feedback rating.
