Late Delivery System

Recently I got an Order from a Client. Delivery time was 3 days, but he didn’t give any information about the design. I delivered dummy design and send him message to send me the details I will design after getting information. Now, After 4 days he came back and reject my work. Fiverr shows LATE DELIVERY ! It affects my delivery time, which decreases from 100% to 85%. What Should I do for avoiding this type of incident?

You should go to customer support at same time and ask them to review! But only at that time when buyer was not responding
