Late & Disappointing Gigs

How does a customer make a formal complaint when they are severely disappointed because of a late gig or the quality of the product?

You can cancel the order and get a refund (click on the Resolution Center on the top of the order page, and request a cancellation), and you can submit a ticket to Customer Support. Here’s how to submit a ticket: http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket/

Keep in mind, though, that Fiverr doesn’t guarantee the quality of the service/product (it’s stated in the Terms of Service).
