Late submission on 10'th order by a couple of hours

I was on the 10’th order I missed the deadlines by few minutes and then requested for extension and the buyer agreed to extend for 24 hours.I submitted the order and was marked as completed within six hours but still got this warning saying “Oh Dear! Delivering a Gig late can result in 10% lower buyer activity”.

After the order was marked as complete last night, did’t get anything from Fiverr if I am eligible for level one or not. Could anybody help with the effect in this scenario and to move to level one, will I have to complete another 10 orders?

Will knocking to support help as buyer is happy with submission and actually the buyer was late providing assets for two days which caused the delay.

You supposed to have contacted your buyer and request for time extension before the order time expiration.

It will not affect your rating so far you still maintain 90% order completion rate before the 15th of this month.
