I’ve missed a few messages from past clients due to the notifications system going grey. The problem, if you click on notifications it automagically turns all messages grey - hard to determine what has been read or not. As well, if you get more that 20 notification you only see a few. I’ve missed some additional work not knowing that the conversation was still ongoing. In conversations I’ve noticed that if you check “notifications” it turns any message in your inbox gray. Need to leave unopened messages black - or RED < that would be ideal.
