Leaving a Feedback for an order

Hi everyone,

I have a concern.l

I wanted to leave a feedback for the gig but as my seller identified that he delivered a worthless product and I find it out, he himself request for order cancellation.



That might be ok for me that my money will be refunded but its not good for all fiverr community. Because I can’t rate that seller. I should have an option to rate that seller and explain with reason.



Please suggest how i can do that?
