Less than 10 Buyer requests

I see everyone saying we should send 10 buyer requests daily. Well, I actually don’t have 10 buyer requests to answer because everyday I get max 8/9 buyer requests and of course I can’t answer all of them because some of them are not suited to my gigs. But what I would like to know is: Is it normal this low number or can it be a bug?
Also, if Fiverr reviews all request why is there some “seller requests”?

It depends on your category. For some that’s normal.

If they are manually reviewed, then it’s a typical human error. People make mistakes, stuff slips through.
