I got a 4.7 rating.

We’re supposed to “Maintain a 4.8 star rating, over the course of 60 days.”
Do i go to the level 1 on 15 November…
Anyone please help 🙂

Besides, you only need to maintain a rating of 4.7 in the last 60 days. Also, your lowest rated order during this period (60 days) will be removed from the evaluation. The rules were changed recently. You can have a look at the staff’s post (detailing all the changes) here:

Since you only received one non 5-star rating in the last 60 days (1.5-star), it will not be considered for the evaluation [because the new rule says “your lowest rated order during this period (60 days) will be removed from the evaluation”].

If they do not consider that rating for your evaluation, you are only left with 5-star reviews. That’s the reason why your rating (from the last 60 days) is showing a 5 in the screenshot you posted (I think).
