Correct, unless they use a different algorithm for each level you rank up. As it would show you are more serious about the platform.

No, not likely. There are no guarantees here on Fiverr, and Fiverr does not guarantee that you will receive any orders just because you have gigs here. The seller levels are something to strive for as you work to become a better seller, they are NOT a guarantee of special treatment when it comes to sales or success. You EARN that on your own by setting goals and achieving those goals – no matter what seller level you have.
