I have 55 orders created/50 delivered/47 completed in under 2 months, with a 5 star rating. Which order metric is used for level 2 determination?
What I have on record recently is not the same as it was when I hit level 2, so I cannot guarantee this. Here is the best I can provide between the Levels page and a post someone else made about Customer Support reply:
-Completed at least 50 individual orders in two consecutive months
-Maintain a 4.5 star rating or above
-Have a low cancellation rate
Aha! So I just have to wait on the buyers to complete the orders. Thank you, that’s what I needed to know.
Apparently, another criterion is that the account must be active for 60 days, so even if you meet all of the other requirements, you have to be active for 60 days before you get promoted. This came directly from CS.
