Level 2/top rated seller vs new sellers!

I had seen that if you want to buy something on fiverr you will see there is a lot gigs which owners are level 2 sellers or top rated sellers ( and newly added featured and pro ) on the first page. But what about the new sellers ? I didn’t see any new seller gig is on the first page. From the vendor’s eyes how can i get my buyers or orders if my gig is not fretured on the buyers suggestion… 🤨
