Level evaluation period

Im new seller i just wanna know about level evaluation in my analytics it’s showing Level 1 Evaluation period ends on Dec 15 should my goals will be checked on this date only and updated if i’m eligible or else it will update to next level if i’m completing my goals 5th December also.

This is correct. My date for evaluation is the 14th of each month and some sellers have the 15th.
