There is a certain ratio of completed to cancelled orders that you must maintain in order to be upgraded to level 2!

Reply to @thuyta: Like most things on Fiverr I am sure the ratio is a mystery. I have over 60 gigs with 1 cancellation. I am 98% because of the cancellation.

Reply to @seemydeath: I had this same problem when I expected to become level 2. I had several cancellations, they were all mutual and none were forced. I disputed that I was unaware that mutual cancellations would affect my standing because it clearly says that it does not. It was weird because after that, I finished one more order and then I got upgraded to level 2. So I don’t know…
