Live Portfolio Help

Hey Fiverrers.
I can’t seem to figure out how to get buyers to allow their deliveries to appear on my live portfolio. I’ve had the Live Portfolio option turned on since day one, but only 1 order shows up, out of the 112 I’ve done. I tried including a message in my Order Delivered response asking the buyers if they would allow me to include their project in my portfolio, but the response was “Ok, how do I do it?” I’ve been a buyer myself and couldn’t find any box to check or any option to allow the live portfolio option on the buyer’s end. I just contacted CS so I’m waiting to hear from them. Anyone else have issues?I do voice over so the files would be mostly mp3s and some WAVs.
