Live portfolio is not working properly

Hi,
I hope you all are doing great. Lately my sample images for the portfolio delivered have not been showing up even though the buyers are not refusing to use the sample on the portfolio. I often deliver a JPG file with orders, the same size as a gig image, and they usually show up fine in my Live Portfolio but don’t know what’s going on lately.

The last 3-4 orders I delivered all had delivery images and all the buyers said they tried to check the box but there was no box. None of the images show up anywhere, though, after completion.

I guess there’s a bug, I need your help in this regard. Anyone who can suggest me anything?
