Locked out of messages and support site not loading

I’m locked out of messages for allegedly sending spam (I have sent a total of zero messages) and the support site will not load, it just times out.

How the hell do I get this fixed?

OK this has now become urgent, a member has delivered my files by message and I can’t access them until I get this fixed… can a member of Fiverr staff please help me?

No one on the forum can help you. Open a Customer Support ticket at Fiverr did post some maintenance heads-up messages and there were outages occurring afterward. You probably tried during that period but it is working fine now. Also, if you write things like “how the hell do I…” that isn’t very polite or professional so while it might be OK for a forum, I wouldn’t write that way in a ticket asking for support.
