Long Term Relationship with a Designer

It would be really good to find a designer on here who could do all the graphics, artwork, UI etc of all my requirements, but its just not the environment for that. Fiverr creates a culture where you have to put your request out, fathom through endless buyer notifications for your job, all of them “awesome”, half of them the message or the gig or both don’t make sense and its just a little bit like Russian Roulette.



Having said that, my business partner did find someone who was great, she did a handful of jobs, great communication, great work, really “got” what we were about, then she vanished and we were back to square one.



I guess if anyone does find someone brilliant on here, how do they share that, I am no longer reading much into the ratings.
