Dear all

Greetings

I would like to share my problems with you, that happened a few days before. An order came to a new gig… meanwhile buyer says to withdraw the order. He told me that he wants to do another task. And I agreed to do that. I have sent him a few samples. But before delivery, he was not responding to me / totally offline for 2 weeks. My delivery time expired but no response/online. So send the cancellation request… Till no response. After 2 days order automatically canceled… Now my completion rate is 50%. Please help me with this issue.

Would I delete the gig and create a new one? Or what is the best solution?

Thank you
Regards
Manabendra

Welcome to the forum. Enjoy! 🙂

I am reading up the post you mention @lloydsolutions .

One point that interesting is to Lower down our prices.

I want to post a reply there but I don’t know why I can’t do it.

I want to ask, if we lowering down a price for customer, wouldn’t that make our previous customer feel dissapointed.

Like, oh you charge me for $50 and now you sell it for just $30.

What do you think about this?

Maybe you can share some of your viewpoint here.

Thanks.
