Looking for illustrator for senior book

Is there a way for a potential buyer to post a need and have those interested reply? I have two Kindle books online and a hardcopy book in second printing. Looking to publish a book for seniors and need someone who draws older people well…hands, etc. Sales on these books isn’t great, so i’d like to do a base price and then barter. Is this possible???

It takes so much time to go thru all the offers and then contact them etc. thanks
