Looking for someone to monetize domains

I am naive in web technology.



as an entrepreneurial attitude i have start registering domain , now they have piled up and not able to generate any money from it.



most of the name are good keyword names but since i dont have technical skills or big budget i am stuck with them.



anyone wants to participate in the project ? i can offer commission or small partnership , If you are really confident then you can start generating money then i do not mind paying salary.
