Read the forum from top to bottom.

Read the TOS so you do not break any rules and then complain that your account got a warning or banned for no reason.

Use the SEARCH function in the upper right hand corner to search on any specific topic you may have a question about - the likelihood that someone else has asked the same exact question is probably 100%.
