Looks like its Fiverr time for this stay at home mom

Hey guys!

I created a Fiverr account forever ago, but I was working full time and just never got around to setting anything up. But, after leaving the work force to be a stay at home mom, I’ve found not having projects with monetary rewards has really been giving me a gnawing sense of worthlessness. Yes, yes, I know it’s all in my head (I cook, clean, do dishes, laundry, and keep a 7 month old alive and happy daily), but I’ve never been without work, so I have to do something.

At the moment, I’m focusing on my logo design skills and motion graphics, but I’ll soon be researching more unconventional gigs in an effort to snag that first job. So, I’m really hopefully and look forward to utilizing the forum for tips and advice in the coming weeks. Wishing you all the best!

Over a 3 year period, I’ve transitioned from working for a school district to freelancing from home full-time.

I love Fiverr, and although sometimes it drives me a little crazy, overall… it’s been a wonderful experience for me.
