Lost my 1st level …What should I do to regain the first level and can I gain straight to level 2?

You will have to re-earn level one first. You can’t jump to level 2. You’ll be re-evaluated for level one somewhere around the 14th-15th of each month. Once you attain level one you’ll have to stay at that level for at least a month. If you still meet the criteria for level 2 by the time your next evaluation period comes, you’ll be promoted to level 2. You can be promoted and demoted repeatedly, so some people float between levels 0-2.

Firstly you have to re-earned Level 1 again, then you eligible for next evaluation for level 2…keep your patient & work hard you get back this soon
