Lost my gig rank from first page to somewhere else!

It has been 20+ days since I lost my gig rank. I am not getting any order by this time.I lost my rank several times before but it used to be okay within 3/4 days then.But this time it seems nothing gonna be okay automatically as a lot of days have been passed by already.Suggest me what can I do now to get my rank back again.Should I contact fiverr support or wait for some more days?
I am really getting frustrated nowadays.Please enlighten me with your kind words and suggestions!
