Low response rate?

I’m not quite sure how to explain it here.

I’ve had my account registered for a little over the past two months, but this morning after replying to an inquiry in my inbox about a task of one of my gigs, I noticed my response rate has dropped to 33%, from 100% 3 days before.

I’ve attempted and made sure to respond to everything in my inbox as I receive an Email each time a user sends me a message.

if possible for an administrator, could this be investigated with my account?


Contact Customer Support and let them know what’s up; they’ll look into it and raise your rate back up to 100%. Worked for me!

Mine just keeps dropping too and I am leery to submit tickets. Everything seems to be taking days to answer and it will just bog up the system. Lots of bugs lately.
