Made first order and doesn’t show in dashboard

Hello

Have completed my first order. Transaction shows up on my bank account as being debited/successful but no order appears on my dash board?

Seller too says they never received??

When you go to COMPLETED ORDERS (it should be on your dashboard click ORDERS and there will be a link to go to completed orders) does it show there? If your buyer has not received their order, you need to find it and resend it. No order would appear on your current dashboard if you have already sent it. It would be in your Completed orders section.
