Make Buyer's Gig Request button more visible

As a Buyer I find the new Fiverr site design very frustrating. It took me 30 minutes to discover that the link to Request a Gig is buried in the fine print at the bottom of the page. This should be a tab at the top of the page. What is the use of making the site friendly for Sellers but not the Buyers that those Sellers need!!! Please fix this ASAP.
