Make the "video upload" easier and faster

I have a video with a message “Processing video…” since 3 days now, tried multiple formats and sizes, all videos mades in AfterEffects, 60 seconds duration. Support does not answer (I know we are in holidays)… the question is, why Fiverr makes a so easy task so hard to accomplish? Wouldn’t be easier if the video were instantly online?

I know there is a security concern of people uploading “anything” as a video, but images are instantly approved and I don’t see any problem. I guess we can always report the sellers if they upload an innapropiate video.
