Making my first gig, copyright question

Hi guys,
So I want to make my first gig on here, which is offering YouTube layouts. But I have a small problem: in the layouts I have done so far i included copyrighted pictures. If I offer those layouts as examples, would there be a copyright issue?

Generally speaking, they won’t allow copyrighted material. If it does pass the review, the gig or the examples may be pulled later on, so I wouldn’t risk it.

And if i included it as a link, would that still be a problem? I basically linked the channels that I made layouts for in the description of the gig (https://www.fiverr.com/s2/f91ef33ece).
