Manage Rqst Accept Offer

I made a request for a project. I found the exact seller for what I wanted and hired her.

Now, what can I do to notify the other sellers so they won’t be left in the dark wondering what is going on with their bid. Is there a way for me to let them know or do I just delete the request from my queue now? I hate to do the second option because that just seems rather cold and/or rude.
