Messages are all just spam?

Okay I just joined Fiverr about a week ago, haven’t finished putting all my gigs up, wanted to feel out the site first. The first day I get 5 spam messages. Now every day all I’m getting is the same messages from “Username87984679821”

So basically this website is useless and I’m just going to have to check my mail every day for spam? Cause that seems like a complete waste of time to me. Maybe I’m the only one? I dunno. What happens with you all?

Unfortunately, many newbies get regular spam/scam messages. The Upw*rk one is very common.

Some sellers find that once they level up the messages become far less frequent.
