Messages not going through | Urgent Fix Required [Nov 2015]

Hello folks!

So today another odd thing is being encountered. The messages are not going through. I have quite a few messages to be replied, which I did, on the message page I can see each reply being added to the thread, however when I go back to messages or todo list I see that the message is still unopened and my reply (which was shown as sent on the message page) is not there.

I am unable to reply to people contacting me. I have a decent response rate and I’m afraid because of this issue it will fall back.

So far I have tried to refresh browser, clear cache, switched browser, switched computers, tried the Fiverr iOS and Android app but still the same problem.

Any help or info on this would be highly appreciated.

Wow, really, Fiverr? You’re just going to ignore this issue?!
I’m having the same problem. I cannot set up gigs because of it. This is an integral part of the Fiverr experience and it has been rendered useless and unreliable!!!

The above post was created back in November. If there was an issue, it was likely temporary and most certainly resolved now.
