Yeah, looks like its fixed now.
I’ve noticed Fiverr has changed the gig order page layout today and so would assume the issues are to do with the testing and maintenance.
Seems to be better now!

I’ve had this for a while, where I see a message only after about 20 minutes. It is now and then.
My messages are going through but when I send a custom order, the order form doesn’t appear for the buyer! Orders are starting immediately without them being able to submit requirements. Support have only suggested clearing cache and using Firefox. Doesn’t make for a good experience for the buyer, really.
