Messages not working?

Yesterday I was repeatedly unable to send a message to a seller after purchasing.

With two orders I have sent a message immediately with details related to the purchase.

Several hours I have then received messages back from each of those sellers requesting the same details I had already sent them.

I had assumed this was because they had ignored the first messages but after the system seemed not to work yesterday I am now unsure whether they even received the messages and therefore if I am missing messages too.

This doesn’t seem very satisfactory for buyers or sellers.

One order was not delivered because seller appeared not to receive any messages.

Have just made another order and AGAIN I cannot send them a message.

This is not acceptable.
