Messaging disabled!

Hello, today I got my Messaging disabled.

First of all I am absolutely sure I didn’t spam anyone or abused fiverr messaging system in any way.

I have contacted fiverr customer support, but they usually take 5-6 days to respond, I cannot allow myself to stay 5 days without messaging. This is really hurting my account/business.

Does anyone have any idea what to do here?

Did you try to contact a second person after finding a problem? Are you sure it is you who is blocked and not the person you tried to contact?

Did you have any buyers message you recently before ordering a job that you were talking to back and forth?

Did you email any past buyers for anything?

I am just trying to figure out what could have happened.

And I agree with @fonthaunt, it is possible that the other persons account could have been banned and you can no longer contact that buyer, that does happen sometimes.
