After the maintenance of fiverr i got this message in my inbox and not even a single conversation is opening?
“Messaging disabled! One or more of your messages was reported as inappropriate or spam. Please contact Fiverr support to resolve this issue.”
Why is this happening?
I did not spam not even send me personal info to anyone, not even used prohibited words in chat. How i can get this fix fast? I am receiving messages from my customers and i am not able to give them a reply. It will drop my response rate. I am losing my customers. It will effect my gig. Customer support is too slow. They give a reply after more than a week. What will i do for a whole week or more than a week. How i will give my customer a reply? It will hurt my gig very badly. What i am supposed to do?
