Method of sending offer to buyer

Hi there! i am new at fiverr. But i want to know when i will sent any offer to buyer as buyer request i need any special cover letter to write or just say i will do. Please give me some suggestion. Thank you!

I assume that you just write out what you can do for them and if it is a simple job and they gave all the info you need to complete it (ha!) commit to a price.

Sadly many people in that section (at least) seem unwilling to read much (or pay much - everyone ghosted me once we got to money - except the guy who honestly thought $5-$7 for 10+ hours specialist work was a great deal!).

So, bottom line, be yourself and try to get them to meet you how you work or they will grind you.
