Methods to get orders from new buyers?

Hi,
I have been on fiverr for quite a while. However, I am not getting any sales from new buyers and even my gig is not in the search results. I went up to 20 pages searching for it and it did not appear. can any of the experienced sellers tell me what to do and how to proceed from here? Thanks a ton.
