Might be a long shot - looking for "francajoes"

Does anyone know a way to contact a user who no longer has an account?

An artworker called “francajoes” (https://www.fiverr.com/francajoes) created the cover for my first novel a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job, and now that my second novel is finished I wanted them to create the front cover for that too, so that the two books match perfectly.

Unfortunately francajoes no longer seems to have an active profile.

I’m assuming it’s impossible to get hold of someone’s contact details for data protection reasons, but I am perhaps hoping that maybe someone else here knows francajoes, or if they perhaps still exist on here using a new profile and a new name.
