Milestone refund

Hello everyone.I set 3milestonse for an order.The 1st milestone is done quite well and buyer accepted it.But the buyer want to cancel milestone 2 and milestone 3.I delievered milestone 2 but he didn’t find any cancel option.Now it shows that milestone 3 is stopped and milestone 2 accepted.Now the buyer want refund for milestone 2.How can i refund him…?please anytime if there know somethimg about it,let me know.

Hello everyone.suppose i set 3 milestone for an offer if buyer want to cancel milestone 2 and milestone 3 so do the 1st milestone remain same.I mean i got the payment for 1st milestone,when 1st milestone accepted…?please let me know .
