Missing order!

Hi, I purchased a logo yesterday and paid $10 extra for the express version to have it returned in 1 day. As I had not already signed up to be a member of Fiverr when I received my confirmation email from Fiverr I was told to create a user profile - which I did and then activated my profile via the link.

I paid the USD15.75 via paypal and received confirmation of this.

I then went into my new profile and the gig was not showing - now I fear it is lost and I need this logo asap. I just went to submit a request to the customer support team and it is a very Mickey Mouse system which took me to an email to verify my request and then it redirected me and I lost my request.

please can someone at Fiverr contact me urgently! username is YallaTravels

Click on your user name in the top right hand corner of the page on fiverr, then click on
"buying" and you may see your order there.
