Mistakenly became Unavailable

Hi there!
I don’t know why, but I’m constantly seeing the option display of ‘unavailable’ at my dashboard where we usually see ‘online’ display bar.
It also says: ‘You won’t be able to receive new orders or messages until a specific date.’ And this is not good at all:(
Do someone know how can I overcome this and become active/available again?
Please help
