Mod not accept video ? Why?

Hi . I’m seller level 2 and have service provide 3000 like facebook for 5$ . Why when i try upload video for this gig Mod not accept it?

I think it’s because you didn’t specify the price. i remember when I tried to upload my video they told me that I had to specify the price i an giving e.g 5 dollars and i think we cannot advertise anything higher than 5 dollars.
